Can someone try to explain the wrong'un, how it feels, whether you have a high arm/round arm, if you cock your wrist more. Can you feel it coming off your third finger. Does the ball sit further in the palm than the leg break? any help would be much appreciated.

I would'nt worry about the arm! and I just use the standard grip. For me its all about the 3rd finger. Practicing from hand to hand: cock the wrist fully, and while focusing on the 3rd finger - drag the seam away and down from your face, whilst throwing it to the other hand. So if you didnt catch it with you left hand! it would hit the the floor by your left foot and zip off directly in front of you.
When I bowl it on the pitch I always think of the 3rd finger dragging the seam to off. It took me a while to get the technique. I don't use it much - I usually chuck a few at the better batsman. Tonight at the nets I got the top batsman with it, He blocked 5 legbreaks of varied flight and speed (+1 long hop). Googly came out a treat! whilst he was blocking thin air the ball went through the gap to off stump. Some of my wrong uns come out as toppies and occasionaly double bouncers, but thats no great shakes,
Watch out for 'googly syndrome' though, my legbreak starts to feel a bit odd and awkward if I practice the wrongun too much.
