Nice one Shivam, I've modified it for you so that you can see the page. When you post a vid click on the red 'Tube' icon above and put the link in between the two brackets.

funk192 - Thanks for posting this slomo footage. Very good education on coordination and timing of arms and legs. I also notice how long the delivery stride is and allows you to climb into the delivery action. Lot of coaches seem to teaching off-spin like delivery stride.

Yeah I've mentioned this before in vids where he's demo-ing his actions, but it's good to see it for real in a game (It's at 5.27 in the vid). It is MASSIVE! Whether it would suit everybody is another thing, it may be worth having a go at and seeing if it makes a difference, but his physique is very unique, but yeah - worth looking at whether just by extending the length of your own delivery stride it makes a noticable difference may well be worth exploring? Welcome aboard TCS hope to see you on here some more - have you come across from Bigcricket?

Correct me if I'm wrong but Stuart Macgill seems to have a similar length delivery stride to Warne.

Yeah he may do, but that kind of makes sense in that he runs in off of a much faster and longer approach and therefore you'd expect such a stride, but Warne comes in as you know off of a walk-in only about 8 steps long - strikes me as being a very long stride given the short approach?
What's yours like - I know mines nothing like Warnes!

I don't know what my current bowling action is like since it's always changing and haven't bowled in a while and have never captured myself from side on, but it feels like I have a long stride. I probably don't look anything like Warne bowling, though I'd like to think I do

Is that Warne's Hand @ 1:43, 3:57 & 5:48 in the close ups? It would have been nice if they had a super slomo of those.

Anybody know exactly what Jenner meant by falling forward? Doesn't Warne do that? It's 1:39 into the vid.

Anybody know exactly what Jenner mean't by falling forward? Doesn't Warne do that? It's 1:39 into the vid. I think what he means is falling backwards and then forwards, sort of flinging himself into the crease which puts him off balance, probably from bowling quicker and flatter like TJ says its the bloody 20/20. I sometimes start doing this when I'm bowling uphill on a steep incline (which does happen occasionally in our leagues!) because I'm trying to fight against the slope and it inadvertently makes me bowl faster (usually full bungers too) and my balance goes all over the shop. On a different note don't you just love it that whenever a proper leggie starts talking about a delivery he invariably does the hand flick to illustrate his point; I do it all the time and both TJ and Warnie are doing it throughout the video. I'm betting there are a lot of people here who do it too.
